Use Shift-[\] to open the MMP config dialog

Applies to audio and video files.

“tab”: jump forwards or backwards to the next point in the media file

`Ctrl-[TAB]`	tab backwards 1 second
`Shift-[TAB]`	tab forwards 2 seconds
`Ctrl-Shift-[TAB]`	tab backwards 2 seconds
`[T]`	[T]ab forwards 1/100th (default) of the duration of the media file
`Ctrl-[T]`	[T]ab backwards 1/100th (default) of the duration of the media file
`Shift-[T]`	[T]ab forwards 1/50th of the duration
`Ctrl-Shift-[T]`	[T]ab backwards 1/50th of the duration
`Caps Lock ON [T]`	[T]ab forwards 1/200th of the duration
`Caps Lock ON Ctrl-[T]`	]T]ab backwards 1/200th of the duration

in each case the [TAB] or [T] key can be tapped once to make a single jump, or it can be held down for rapid tabbing and to “fast forward” or “fast reverse” through the media file
when you tab, the notification area in the bottom right corner will confirm how many seconds you've skipped.
